Can a mod please help me I got scammed for ps plus in the trading section

Guy refuses to refund me I've contacted cheapy been reaching out to random mods with no response. He sold me a used code made me wait a day saying Sony was closed and is still refusing to refund me for something he sold used. I've proven I don't have ps+ on my account multiple times and have talked to Sony who confirmed the code was redeemed before I used it. User name is gurren lagann

I've been trying to get him to refund me now he won't respond. He left me bad feedback the other day. I posted screen shots of my psn account having no ps+ if you can read my pms the convo is in there appreciate your help cheapy.
