Cyberpunk 2077 Pre-Order $49.94 (Xbox One & PS4) @Amazon

I just asked target if they would price match the preorder and was denied because of black friday price match policy......lame

 
It’s actually been this price for a while. I pre-ordered at this price back in June. It’s nice as many pre-orders have been $49.94.
 
why get this for Consoles when the PC version has already been announced and it will use Ray Tracing and will be true 4K on the PC.  PS4 uses fake out 4k and Xbox One, I have no idea what kind of 4k it displays but it's not 4k.

 
I pre-ordered this last year when the prime gaming discount was about to end.  They took $12 off the retail price.

I just called Amazon and they are assuring me that I will get the game for $49.94 and keep the discount - but my invoice price isn't changing.

Wondering how I can get this to officially work...

I know right? No game can be worth this much hype.

However there is one game that surprised the hell out of me this year. Control on PC. Wow the Ray Tracing in that game is so good I scoured craigslist and nextdoor for an old trinitron monitor, and I scored two different ones for free. The game even looks better on a trinitron. I don't play many games but when my customer ordered a bunch of RTX cards, I kept one of the game codes and redeemed.

I'm very much looking forward to the Cyberpunk 2077 use of Ray Tracing as most of their demo videos are all on PC using ray tracing.

Can you comment on ray tracing? Are you not sacrificing 4k resolutions for it?

 
I am ordering thru Best buy since I have gcu. There are 3 steelbooks listed in description. How can I choose the one I want? Do I just go to Best buy on release day and ask to exchange it if they give me one with a design I don't like?

No because my gaming system is an old i7-5820k 6 core 12 thread CPU with a ton of L3 cache and 2 2080 RTX with NVLink. 4k 40-50FPS with Ray Tracing on high.

if I use a single 2080, I have to bump it down to 2k and ray tracing to medium. there is no way a single card can ever run control with ray tracing at high except on my old trinitron at a wopping 1280x1024 resolution.

 
Fyi. The world of cyberpunk book is back in stock in amazon. Not the $90 one with a $50 sleeve, but the normal hardcover one.

It's the one that came with the bundle so I would need your gamertag and password to be able to download it for you. You can just make another one and give me that and as long as you keep that on your console, you should be able to play the game. I think that's how it works.
