I picked up a couple of the $25 titles from BF sale, since they were just $5 too much, but now it totally worked itself out.

My GCU ended on Black Friday. Too bad I threw out that Call of Duty Endowment card because the store Best Buy employee told me it didn't work. Could have had an extra two years. RIP. It's going to be a longer wait for my $40 or less Switch game rule (which is already still too damn pricey).

Is this for real? I mean I guess at this point the number of GCU members just be dwindling down to nothing, but I could have saved $10 if I had known my two games that totaled to $50 were going to be on sale for the same amount for CM and were GCU eligible. And I already opened those games so I can't even do a refund to get back the $10.

Btw, Metro Exodus for PS4 is $20 pre-GCU.

I would’ve been disappointed if I hadn’t gotten these games during b2g1 with cag16 from GameStop for cheaper. Nier Game of the Yorha, I bought for $20 brand new tho. Don’t have gcu anymore

Not everything is cheaper than BF, even with GCU. Price on some games went up (AC7, DMC5, RE2, etc.). And of course RDR2 is currently sold out.

Same. Cancelled Spiderman (wasn't shipping until Dec. 11) and re-ordered it along with a few other games I bought just last night. I really thought these games weren't going to be this price for Cyber Days.

The last stragglers will drop off thru May. It was canceled at the end of May 2018 and the subscription was two years. Im shocked that they didn't eventually just cancel the last ones. Mine ends in February.

You could stack years so some people have multiple years left if they don’t end up canceling them outright

Disappointing with very few exceptions. Many of these games are $5-$10 cheaper at target e.g. Crash Racing, Control, Mario, and Zelda. Valkyria Chronicles 4 $15 on eshop.

Finally picking up Octopath Traveler, its $31 after GCU. Finally can get a second copy of Splatoon for local multiplayer lol, I bought the original at launch.

I'm glad I didn't gamble on Dragon Ball Super Heroes for the switch, i'm really surprised it's not on sale for Cyber Monday. Going to be a big haul this Black Friday/Monday. Now to watch a video on Shining Refrain.

GCU memberships would stack, so some people bought a couple 2 year subs in one go before they turned them off

no a year before news came out that GCU was being canceled I got 2 subscription cards as gifts and I was able to extend my GCU subscription for 4 more years

Can't you do a price adjustment or return/rebuy? Pretty sure I did a price adjustment last year.

Indeed. Some games are cheaper here with GCU, but Target had them beat with Crash Team Racing and Indivisible.

And I'm definitely getting a price adjustment on Shenmue III, since I couldn't return it without the steelbook.

I had missed out on Super Mario Party for $30, so I might as well get it here, $32 is close enough.

My GCU expires in January, so just one more month for me. I'm gonna miss it, definitely see myself buying less games now.

My GCU expires in 2023. I stacked multiple when they had the cellphone deal where you could buy a cheap $5 item and get gcu for free. Of course I doubt they'll honor it that long but maybe. A guy on reddit was good until 2026.

Best buy also has the walking dead definitive edition (ps4/xb) for $30($24 after gcu). I didnt see that on the main page and this is the cheapest I've seen it.

That's definitely how mine is good until April 2020. I think someone had a stack up to 2030 from that deal.

My GCU expires in April 2020. Got lucky.

Anyway- super disappointed that the Switch version of DQ Builders 2 didn't get a discount anywhere. Could just get it for PS4 but seems like a perfect portable game.

Might scoop up Outer Worlds for PS4. Was going to wait for the Switch version of that but by that point IDK if I want to pay full price when it will be significantly cheaper on PS4.

God of War on PS4 is still showing as $9.99 today. Was able to buy it for $7.99 with GCU. Just thought I'd mention it in case anyone one else was looking at those $10 PS4 games, as they appear to still be $10 today with GCU enabled.
