My local store had Switch, Xbox One, and PS4 games ranging from $4.99 to $19.99.

Some of the titles that I remember:
NHL 19
Madden 19
Mass Effect Andromeda
Destiny 2
Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3
Call of Duty Infinite Warfare
Dragon Age Inquisition
Dragon's Dogma

That is very true. I was originally under the impression that the people who owned the physical game got something special in the free to play version, but I am not sure if that is actually true.

The only games that had the $19.99 tag were the Call of Duty games, and Madden was $14.99. Everything else was $9.99 or under.

Nope, no reason to own the disk anymore unless you really like the cover art

A couple of Xbox one and ps4 headsets
 
I've been to TJ Maxx and Marshall's but where do they even keep the videogames? Are they in the toy section?

The last time I saw video games at one of these stores, it was on one of the tables or displays specifically put out for items they're selling for Christmas that you normally wouldn't see there.

Wait you're stores just got these in? My Marshalls had them during the summer for $8 each; every game you listed plus an Xbox One system for $200.

Both stores near me had them on a big table in the men's clothing section. Along with a lot of other holiday gift items.

My local Marhsalls keeps them on the shelves near the checkout aisles. I've noticed at my local stores not listed above:

  • The Order 1887
  • Some bass fishing sim for the Switch whose name escapes me.
I've also read on r/fightsticks people finding SoulCalibur 6 Hori arcade sticks for PS4/XB1 at Marshalls for $80, which is a fantastic price.

 
I just checked around my area. TJ Maxx and Homegoods don't have anything but Marshall's had some stuff scattered on tables around the men's section.

I went to a different TJ Maxx and found some games there as well.

The games weren't special where I went... fishing, Madden and other garbage. I really want Dragon's Dogma, but I'm guessing that's rare .

What I did see was one of the Arcade 1up mini arcade machines... Galaga/Galaxian. Surprisingly it was $129... not much of a deal.

They do around this time of year. The first year that the Xbox One X was out my store actually had them for like $385. Our store gets a lot of Overstock from the Target in the same shopping center.

Would they tend to be with the toys, or in the front of the store where they sometimes have movies and phone accessories? Or somewhere else entirely, I guess.

My store has them in the Men's section of all places, but in previous years they have been in the electronics section, and the toys. I would ask the employees at your local store, or check all three areas to be sure. The games at mine were specifically on a table with a bunch of boardgames, and other video game themed merchandise.

Most of these deals are pretty worthless but I guess I'll post them in case someone out there could use the information.

Ross is a different company, not owned by the company that owns TJ MAXX. But, thanks for the info anyway. LEGO Dimensions is pretty great. I highly recommend it.

Nothing spectacular, there were tons of Titanfall 2 on Xbox one and Destiny 2 + Order 1886 at $7 for PS4. I did see BF V deluxe edition @$12 in between the PS4 games.
 
Seen a few copies of assassins creed ezio collection for Xbox one 10.xx

Other than that same games as listed on previous page, then at another Marshall’s I didn’t see any games but lots of gaming keyboards

There were also a bunch of third party Xbox One controllers, wired and wireless.

And, one wired third party controller for Switch.
 
I too went looking for Dragon’s Dogma, saw mostly the same stuff as everyone else. I did however see a couple stores with blue DS4’s and one with a PS Pro w/Spider-Man. I can’t imagine people are going into TJ’s for such items so I’m gonna keep an eye on them and hope they make it through the holiday and hope for a nice clearance come January. One of the clerks said they start clearancing everything that doesn’t sell. It’s a long shot but it’d be sweet.

 
Dragon's Dogma must be rare or scooped up everywhere. I've been to probably a dozen stores in 3 states and no luck finding that game. Would have made a nice Christmas present compared to all of the other drivel I saw.

Man, I really hope you travel a lot for work or live close to a state border, given the unsuccessful efforts.

Are you sure those DS4s were on-brand? I went to a TJM the other day and saw a bunch of DS4 Chinese knockoffs.

There was only a single copy at my store.
 
OK saw a deal but didnt go for it because I dont care for these but the TJ Maxx in Menomonee Falls had a Soul Calibur VI Hori Arcade stick for $69.99..

I hid it behind a bin full of stuff by the tables with stuff on it by the Mens area... go fast !!!

Yea, they were legit. I'll check the two stores that have them again after the New Year maybe I can snag them if they make it through. Long shot but who knows.

Whew—in that case, sweet. And even without finding Dragon’s Dogma, I’m guessing you could have assembled quite the collection of sweaters with one arm longer than the other by now, given all the locations you’ve visited (which could be good for punishing the naughty ones in your life).
 
Saw 3 Xbox One X w/ 2 games $329.99. Hopefully it gets clearance out to $250 like last time.

Well, at my store theft is very high, so they hide all of the best stuff at the cash register, and behind the cash register. I guess you're just supposed to see it, and be like "Um, can I have an Xbox, also?"
