So I bought 2 copies of Catherine steelbook ed for PS4 a few weeks back from their website. The problem is 1 was a gutted copy and the other arrived sealed but had a floating disc inside. The local stores here are completely out of the steelbook edition. I spoke to a local manager in store and was told he can re-order a copy for me since I didn't like the condition of the ones that arrived.
Is there a limit on how many of X quantity of "used games, Y quantity of "new" games you can buy before getting black listed from the website?
I've read of some stories of people getting black listed on here in the past, due to buying multiple quantities of the same item 3 or more.
