no, if youre looking for something in that vein, The Sinking City is better (tho still flawed)

Yes. There's opened "last copy" used (aka new) and then there's opened preowned (aka preowned).

it's pretty janky but there's cool stuff in it, at least. I'm sure it'll be 10 bux or in a bundle soon enough, and at that point I'd recommend it
