Astro A40 TR Wired Gaming Headset + MixAmp Pro TR - $100

Thanks! I went ahead and ordered them through Astro because I was concerned about them being sold out while trying to price match Best Buy
 
I would be all over this if I didn't just buy the Astro A50s. They're amazing.

I had the last gen of this wired set with the mixamp and I absolutely loved them. Problem was, I am more of a console gamer in my later years and with all these cords, it was just a hassle setting them up everytime I wanted to play. If you use these for PC or desktop console gaming, I say go for it.

I'm not going to lie, if these are still available tonight, I'm going to buy them as a back up set. Well worth the $100 easily!

After placing the order and seeing Digital River I was like this will get canceled lol. Should have done the price match and lesson learned.

Mine was canceled also. All I wanted was the mixamp for PS4 since I have the A40 w/M80 I got 2 years ago so I just ordered the mixamp on EBay for $63 less than this. Astro doesn't get any money from me, their fault.

My bank account shows both the order and the cancellation credit.

Lesson learned. Next time there's a price glitch on these, I just need to haul *** up to BB. The only time I've ever seen these at a ridiculously LEGIT price was when they had them for 50-75% off at my local VA AAFES (and I think they were just trying to clear them out). I grabbed 3 with the mix amps then ditched them to Amazon like an idiot without keeping one.

 
they are even worse than that :p a few years back i ordered some headsets that apparently were never supposed to go that cheap...they shipped them they came alllll the way over to me only to be recalled by the company lol..."out for delivery" - exception - something about recovering back to sender ...was weird only time that ever happened to me..

Wow! You're right! Never had a mid-delivery cancelled. Received a few emails from different Companies stating "We goofed. Can you send your item back to us", which I delete, but never a mid-delivery return.

This deal isn't as great as it appears anyway. Astro MixAmps have been garbage for several years. I think the best one to get was the 2013 one, anything after it has terrible reverb/tinny for the surround. The headphones are ok though. Better off buying seperate headphones and one of the old mixamps.
