I thought Advent Rising had been gifted by Xbox at one time. Can’t remember the reason. Anyway, appears to be one of the BC titles that isn’t available digitally. Know the game got a crappy reception but one of the reasons was performance issues. I had hoped to give it another shot with BC.

Safe to assume games like Timesplitters and 50 Cent won't be (re)listed digitally? Used copies may get pricier if not. 

 

Delighted to see so many 360 games getting FPS boost updates. Dead Space 2 at 60fps sounds wonderful.

Thanks for the insight. Just picked up Timesplitters 2 on eBay for $10 just in case.

That Xbox Vault thing was annoying. I finally got 2500 for the over 2000 score for 3 entries, it kept glitching out and i would have to restart because it would freeze as i was answering a question.

Stinks that Persona 4 Arena Ultimax hasn’t been brought to BC…

SEGA has had no issues making their titles BC so either they want to do a remaster or there's licensing issues. At least P4A is BC?

You click on a artifact n it asks u a question about it you have 4 minutes to answer as many as u can

Thanks for the info! I recall seeing an “artifact limit” in the splash screen, so do you know if there a maximum or are we supposed to go for a high score? I should probably see if there’s a rules page or something later when I have more time.

It is sad to know they likely won't be able to add any more, but I've finally got a 360 set up now in the other room.

 

Also, my Halo Infinite Series X, Halo Elite Controller arrived today. Can't wait to try out the multiplayer.

I have to say that while I'm very happy for this batch of BC games, Microsoft announcing that they are discontinuing the BC program is extremely disappointing.

The 50GB size has been displaying since last night on the store page, and I think the release date was missing until now. Reinstalling it just keeps installing the placeholder too. I heard that Ninja was able to download the full size? No idea if that’s true though

If I recall, all the micro transactions are supposed to be just for cosmetics. Tech preview was pretty damn good IMO.

Just coming on to update: restarted consoles (Series S), checked Updates list, got Halo, 17.9 or so gigs. Should be rolling out. Gonna check my One X next but wanted it to go through on at least one console (plus the baby is watching Sesame Street).

 

Also, I tried playing Mirror’s Edge (1) recently and it was a bit rough, hoping the FPS boost helps that!

Urgh. Was going to buy Dead or Alive 2 Ultimate and it was $9.99. But jumped to $14.99 after I was looking at other games. Timesplitters 2 also is available digitally now for $9.99.
