Interesting to note that a few movies qualify for the Summer Spotlight punch card.  Picked up Shawshank for $5 and got credit for both monthly movie and summer spotlight punchcards

In a marketplace full of confusing pages, RDR2 takes the cake. I think there are like 7 different RDR2 pages on the marketplace and one of them will say you own and can install.

Or just go through your FULL LIBRARY on Xbox until you find the game.

Recently it's been "whole game modes" that had been exclusive.  Word is those modes were not any good.  Like the Destiny maps that were exclusive and nobody liked after waiting a year to play them.

You act like saying what regulators want to hear is surprising. They're saying the games aren't a monopoly and no of course the deal won't alter the industry at all. Whatever the truth is, that's the legal case being made. And yes they're going to crow about the games as soon as the deal closes. Business going to business.

 

In business businessing, I threw $5 at Multiversus for the preseason pass and a Batman announcer voice. I enjoy that the combat system has such a firm rule system in the middle of the chaos. I'm debating switching controllers, been using my Elite 2.

 

Hopefully a decent sale with the event punchcard done.

The quote is kind of misleading. They aren't saying "must have" in the sense that these are missable or low quality games. The argument the legal team is making is more around whether the games are "must have" in order to play that specific type of game. Call of Duty isn't the only first person shooter, there are lots of options. World of Warcraft isn't the only MMO and so on. They aren't must have because even if they became exclusive, there are plenty of options. At least, that is my reading of it.

Went through this crap when I tried to buy RDR2 for my brother. If I remember correctly, Story Mode is DLC for the base game "Red Dead Redemption Online"

 

Personally I think it's deceptive practice by Rockstar because everyone expects the Online Mode to be the add-on
