I can confirm about a week ago a few forums I monitor complained of a similar issue. This was buying the Live 12 month codes from Turkey to make the conversion to GPU for a much lower cost. I believe the resolution was to wait a day and try again. If all else fails try Microsoft support. Curious what others think.

I forgot about the deal and it expired. It would have been nice to have it all digitally but I am fine with having the physical. I will read up on LBW to see if it's worth the purchase.

My bad. I'm usually only on CAG during the work week. But I'm sure it'll all be sale again soon since it's Ubi. LBW is fine. If you like rogue-lites, you might enjoy it. It has literally zero relevance to the FC6 story.

Another month nearly over, and here I am again trying to wrap up the TA targets.

 

Completed the Gold in the < 3 target yesterday thanks to the 360 Walking Dead Season 1.

 

Thankfully the digital licensing works differently between the 360 and XB1, so I was able to have my main play Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo HD Remix through BC on my Series X while my dummy account could play it on my 360.  Used that set up to win 3 ranked matches, popping a 7 GS achievement to round out my GS for the first time in a while.

 

Then popped the first 4 achievements in Walking Dead Season 2 XB1 version, though I needed to rewind for 2 achievements that didn't pop initially.  Buggy Telltale.  Only had 1 that didn't pop in the XB1 Season 1.

 

That got me to exactly 150,000 GS.  My first achievements were popped on Feb 23, 2008 (Robotron 2084, followed by TMNT Arcade and Geometry Wars).  If I had thought to check sooner, I probably would've tried to hit the mark 4 days ago on the 15th anniversary.

 

Should be able to get enough achievements in Season 2 to finish the Couples target, then do the 400 Days DLC in the 360 S1 version for my February completion.  And then begin the March procrastination.

I started playing Anthem on the PS4/5 recently and it's a good deal of fun for a cheap game.  I've gotten WAY more than $3 of enjoyment out of it.  No idea how long the servers will stay up, but it's a fun enough 3rd person shooter.

I spent 52 hours on it when it came to EA Play less than a year after it came out. It's really great dumb fun if you have an Iron Man fantasy to fulfill. I really hope they don't turn off the servers because I kinda want to jump back in to the console version for the hell of it. I don't have a Series X yet but I do want to play it with 60 FPS from FPS Boost.

The 3 months of Xbox Live Gold for $9.79 was a daily deal a few days ago and is no longer on sale. That was a pretty insane price, especially if you were able to get the free months for turning on auto-renew.

Joy Ride Turbo was also free years ago for a promotion of some sort. Doritos, maybe? All I know is I managed to get 4 cheap copies and give them to friends so we could play against each other for like a week before it lost its luster.

I bought Anthem and Fallen Order at launch. It happens sometimes. Wild Hearts was tempting if not for the price increase. I put at least 200 hours into Anthem, I played a lot.

I was checking psprices (I prefer it to XBDeals as it goes back farther). Sales from the 360 marketplace don't get picked up though (RIP Storeparser) so I probably missed that as I'm only checking the current Microsoft Store sales. It'd be more accurate if I said all time low recorded from the Microsoft Store    I still remember getting my Max Payne 3 for $4.99 on the 360 marketplace and then Rockstar never put it that low again and no one will ever know that unless they look it up

Bully is the first title that comes to mind for me when thinking of the BC tax, but it's also in the Rockstar family.  Can't remember if Red Dead Redemption has had a similar fate.

 

I think BioShock, Borderlands and Gears have also not dipped below their pre-BC prices, though the 360 Gears games were free toss-ins a couple times (UE and 4), plus GwG.  2K has been stingy with the Borderlands Pre-Sequel as well.  Not BC, but I'd have converted to digital if it ever hit $5, but I don't think it's ever dropped below $8.
