I think the difficulty of the first boss in Wo Long was exaggerated a bit. Took me 4 tries to beat him. Game is fun so far. Runs surprisingly well on Series S.

Maybe it was easy for you but I wasn’t “exaggerating” how difficult it was for me and seemingly for others as well.

I would have been done after a few tries. I don't have time for BS like that in my life anymore. More power to people who get "gud" or whatever the silly Dark Souls meme is. I am staying clear of this game for sure.

It wasn't just you - I've seen *lots* of stuff about the first boss difficulty. I was mentally preparing myself for the worst.
I've never played the Nioh games but it looks like I have Nioh + Nioh 2 on PS4 and Nioh 2 Remastered on PS5 from PS+. I'm trying to figure out if I need to buy the season pass for Nioh 2 while it's on sale - I've seen conflicting reports on if the PS+ Remastered version includes the DLC or not and the PS store isn't making it easy to figure out.

I only played the demo so far and I can't deflect the first boss with B. It worked on normal enemies, but the timing is really dumb on the boss. I'm just not in the mood to learn a tough game right now.

I definitely takes practice to learn the correct timing to deflect. I still don’t have a complete hang of it. But getting better.
It’s just a shame that they made the first boss so hard. A lot of people will be turned off from a game they may have enjoyed otherwise.

27 + 10 is still too much. I can't see the new version hitting 40 on its own come fall.If you are good with flying to Turkey or Argentina, you should be able to get Outer Worlds and its DLC on GameFlip for under $30. I can give you the name of a seller who sold the bundle privately to me for $27 if you want.
Quiet sale night. I slept poorly over the weekend so no giveaway as I was in a haze. Did buy a t300rs wheel now up from the t128. This thing is a beast.
I watched Wo Long and yeah that first boss last phase is a trip.

I had completely erased this game from my memory. For $4 I'll give it a shot.
Waiting for Lost Planet to go on sale again. Feels like it hasn't been on sale since 2 and 3 were GWG.

2K putting Civ 6 on Game Pass is a surprise to be sure but a welcome one. Glad they're coming back to Game Pass after only gracing us with NBA 2K for the past several years...
This just means the chances of Midnight Suns coming to the service went up

Yeah, I was thinking the additions were a little sparse since 2 of the games are already on the service. Now they're just available for streaming. So in the future, Valheim and Ni No Kuni II may be available for streaming too, and those will count as the additions then.
