I don’t know what all they have planned for July but I’m hoping it’s great. With how this year has been we all want great games to look forward to. I thought Sony had a couple titles at there conference that looked good but with no release dates, it hasn’t sold me that I need a PS5 yet. I have 3 Nintendo Switch and 2 Xbox One and still have my 360 and a couple PCs that are gaming capable, but I have never felt compelled to buy a PlayStation so I’m hoping Sony can sell me on the PS5. I’ve always been more into shooters outside Nintendo games so that’s why Xbox seemed like a good place to play.
Honestly if you don't care about Sony Exclusives you probably don't need a PS5. Sounds like MS will have the more powerful console this go around out of the gate.
I like some of Sony's exclusives and have a decent amount of friends playing Borderlands 3 there. When it comes down to it isn't about the games? GPU is a great value for many. Before EA access was on PS4 that was in IMO a great get for MS. Especially for those who love sports games other then Baseball.
If the consoles are 90% the same in terms of features and capabilities what is left? Controller preference (I like my first gen Elite the best) and maybe where your friends are playing.
