Ok, my PS3 slim will still read discs, but it won't accept them when I insert them.
They just stop when being pushed in, and when I reset the system they are eject.. it's as if the system doesn't know to pull the disc in.

I know it still reads discs since I've had a disc in there forever, and usually just play digital games. However today I went to switch the discs, and it wouldn't accept the new one.

Any help or suggestions?

Sounds like you're going to have to send it in. The gear that grabs it sounds busted.

Censor was dirty, rubbing alcohol and a thorough rubbing fixed it.
