Anyone know how Best Buy exchanges for video games work at the moment?

I would prefer to get a replacement for my damaged Switch game online, but it looks like it just does a return rather than an exchange and I want the same game without losing my GCU discount or reward certificates. There's no info about how to do it in store other than ordering for curbside pick up, but there's no exchange option there either.

Buy a new copy, then use the order # for the new copy and return it with the damaged copy.

Thanks for the advice. It ended up working out and they had someone to do exchanges.
