Wombat: regarding racist friends or parents of your kid’s friends. This is when you change. This is when you do NOT remain silent. Remaining silent is part of the problem. Don’t want your child hanging out with kids that are being brought up to believe they’re better because of their skin color? Do something. Is it going to be uncomfortable? Yep. What’s the alternative? Let it go? Say nothing and be complicit.

I have to agree with your take on Minecraft Dungeons. We bought it to play 4-player with our kids, but now they aren't even interested in finishing it. The game is missing some deeper connection to Minecraft such as craftable weapons or secrets behind destructible walls. This game is a crappy Diablo-lite with blocky graphics and weak multiplayer interaction. In what game of this style can you not drop items from your inventory for another player??? I also noticed there will be DLC add-on maps, but I'm assuming it will be more of the same. I have no intention of buying it since the kids don't want to finish it.

In regards to the ongoing unrest in America, I am at a loss. Anytime your president goes on TV to say something, I cringe. 4 years ago it was a comedy, now its a tragedy. For everyone's sake, I hope the change that has been a long time coming happens as a result of this.

Minecraft Dungeons isn’t great, But it’s a great intro to rpg concepts for kids. I play it with my 5 year old and she geeks out comparing loot stats. You’re right though it gets harder at some point, then it’s too hard for that age group. Even on easy.

Question, I haven’t heard any talk on the cast about the Atgames Legends Ultimate. I was lucky enough to score one. It’s a good quality build with a good selection of games, and it’s dead easy to add virtually any older arcade or console game.

Playing a ton of Joust, Robotron and Food Fight. Oh yeah, I’ve got Robocop arcade too.

The CAG thread that was about Arcade 1ups switched over to this for the most part.

With your love of Rhinegeist Truth, I recommend heading 45 minutes North to Yellow Springs Brewery.  Their Boat Show is a very good IPA (as is Wobbly Wheel when they have it).  The town is a very fun, eclectic location as well.  I really miss the craft beer scene in the Cincinnati-Dayton area.
