Notification drop down bar stopped working, just spins.

For the past few weeks, I have a notification icon/alert yet the drop down bar just loads and never stops spinning. I’ve tried on iOS mobile, iPad, and safari on an iMac. Now I have 4 notifications and still can’t see anything. Is this a known bug?

weird, its working fine for me on firefox.  We are switching to all new forum software shortly.  Stay tuned!
