You have no clue whether the cash will be cancelled or not. It has nothing to do with some incident that happened to you one time in the past. That would be an $180,000 loss if there were just 1,000 orders. They're prolly not going to give away HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS in store credit.
