Target B2G1 11/15-11/21

Godfall shipment super delayed for me haha hopefully the rest of you have better luck with any shipments
 
I went to one of the targets by me today and they had a funky clearance going on. They had a rack of games for 70% off. These weren’t normal clearance. I asked if this was purpose and they said yes and they will manually override. I got outer worlds, monster hunter ultimate, fe sessions, assassins creed iii remaster, xcom 2, and wonderful 101 Hd for $60 with the b2g1 stackable. Fe sessions rang up for $60 on its own before the price adjust. I went to a nearby target after and none of this games were on clearance.

It was available last week; but went out of stock. I’m guessing it came back in stock from all the people who ordered 3 and then canceled 2.
 
I was really hoping they would add some more games to the B2G1F this week but it seems like additions are pretty limited. Would have loved to snag SM 3D All-Stars.

I posted this in the BF spreadsheet thread, but it may be more appropriate here. This is obviously YMMV, but a great deal if your store allows you to do it.


When I visited a Target, there was already a kiosk out that had several games which the kiosk displayed at discounted prices for the holidays. Some stores have already put out these displays.

The games included:

For $40 (yes $40 instead of $39.99): Crash 4 About Time, Watchdogs Legion, Ghost of Tsushima

For $29.99 (yes $29.99 instead of $30 lol): NBA 2k21, Fifa 21, Marvel Avengers, Star Wars Squadron PS4/XBOX and Just Dance 2021, Mario and Sonic at Winter Olympic games, NBA 2k21, PGA 2k21 for Switch

For $25: Red Dead, Star Wars Squadrons, Tony Hawk's 1 &2, Red dead for PS4/XBOX and Jumanji, Super Monkey Ball with Sonic Forces 2- pack, PGA 2k21, Overcooked 2 for Switch

For $15: Grand Theft Auto 5 Premium (PS4/XBOX), Minecraft Dungeons (all systems), Need for Speed Heat (PS4), Mario Rabbids (Switch), LOL Surprise Remix (switch), Disney Classic Games (Switch).

It is possible that these were placed out early as they would only ring up full price at the register. Each individual price had to be overridden to the advertised kiosk prices, but the games did indeed qualify for the Buy 2 Get 1 Free and B2G1 applied automatically even after price override. I was able to get Crash 4, Mario and Sonic Olympic Games, and Marvel Avengers all for about $75. The Buy 2 Get 1 automatically activates but the prices themselves each needed to be manually overridden at the register during checkout.

You are correct. My mistake. Tony Hawk was priced at $25 in the kiosk. I have edited the original post.

It is possible that these will be target black Friday ad deals.

Wait a second, Ghost of Tsushima is not included with buy 2 get 1 free.

 
Just a heads up, monster Hunter rise Deluxe edition was $79.99 yesterday when it was added to the sale and is now $69.99 so if anyone ordered b2g1 before the change you should reorder

I had two out of three last week when it was 2BG1 for games, books and movies, but couldn't find a third, specifically because the only carried Shadow of the Tomb Raider for Xbox One. V_V
 
Did Sonic Mania Plus get SKU merged? I can't find it on Target.com (only the original) which makes me think it was. Might go to my store and see if I can find a copy. (Xbox One is what I'm looking for.)

Some of Target’s Black Friday sale prices that went live this morning also count toward the B2G1. Not all games are available for shipping anymore (like MediEvil, The Last of Us, Bloodborne, and Ratchet & Clank), but you could always check in-store. The games listed below can still be shipped, at least at the time of my posting.

Thanks for the head-up. If I hadn’t bought Lost Legacy and Iron Man VR used during Gamestop’s 50% off sale recently, I’d be all over this (to get them new for less $).

Thanks for pointing this out. Bought a two games from BB last night , but better to use Target and get a freebie.

 
I just ordered these 3 games for $55.54 (after B2G1, Red Card discount, & a $5 gift card):

PS4 - Mortal Shell
PS4 - NSR: No Straight Roads
PS4 - Chronos: Before the Ashes

I was hoping to grab Budget Cuts (PSVR game) but it and Mortal Shell never seemed to be in stock at the same time this week, oh well.

NSR looks fun and Target had it listed at $29.99 (it's $35-39.99 everywhere else I checked) so I figured it'd be a decent substitute.
I considered grabbing Katamari for PS4 but I already have it on Switch and I figure it'll eventually drop to $20 so I went with Chronos (which I learned is a prequel to Remnant: From the Ashes!).
