I think a lot of people were turned of by the streaming aspect of it. PS4 and PS2 classics can now be downloaded, but PS3 games must be streamed. Some people's internet speeds just aren't good enough. For $40 I think it's great value.

Sony should just add this service to their PS+ subscription for free or at an additional cost. I did the trial and thought it was very good. The list of total games on it is straight out ridiculous. I couldn't decide which to play but I tried out Control, Doom, RDR, and Ratchet games. Runs pretty well and no issues.

I just wanna play some classic Sony exclusives. Would love to play metal gear solid. Also would like to play fight night, Def jam fight for ny

I bought it for $37 from Eneba back in late November. Haven't activated it yet.

This. Older games and very few big Playstation exclusives. Game Pass has a lot of newer stuff and Day One releases of anticipated Xbox/PC titles. Out of this list of the 20 best PS4 Exclusives, only a small handful are on PS Now and the ones that are, are either remasters of older games or older titles in a franchise (TLoU). Not very attractive compared to the Game Pass Ultimate catalog. I'm waiting on activating my sub until I'm done with some other games in the vague hope that they might fluff it out a little with some other PS4 stuff as PS5 titles becomes the new hotness.
