I bought the PS3 version of Destiny Taken King brand new and fairly recently tried to renew the voucher.

It said the voucher was expired.  It would not surprise me the PS4 version is the same situation.

On the flip side, Xbox vouchers always list an expiration date, but I've never had trouble redeeming one, even years out of date.

 
Some of these games can also be found in TJ Maxx stores too. I have already seen Call of Duty Infinite Warfare in there.

I also saw a whole stack of Xbox Infinite Warfare at Five Below in the last month. Guess someone must be clearing out extra inventory.
