This game is ridiculously hard! It drops you right on the frying pan the moment it begins. I don't even think Doom 2016 was this demanding.

Just to clarify are you saying savings because of the bundled in expansion passes?  If so it's $0 in savings because you don't get to keep any of that content.  You are just renting it and the long term better deal is to just buy the expansion passes for the games you want and own them for as long as the store is around.  It'll work out better in the long run.   But if you want access to the N64 and Genesis content (since most of that you can't buy)... it's a decent bonus.

Re:value, it was a better value when I didn't own Happy Home Designer but even getting the Mario Kart Pass is a nice perk, though I wish they had added the Sword and Shield expansion packs instead of Splatoon 2's (which I already had).
I also have the inverse opinion where the N64 games are becoming a bigger draw for me than the expansion packs, especially with the Mario Party and Pokemon Stadium games around the corner.
The floor cost for NSO is $5/year so an extra $5/year for multiplayer N64 games and some extra Mario Kart tracks isn't a bad deal.
Now paying an extra $30/year for that is a completely different story..

It’s a decent cyberpunk RPG. Combat’s kinda weird, and hacking is a (mandatory) shmup minigame.

I really liked it. I might be biased though; love cyberpunk aesthetics, and love games that center around a story more than specific gameplay aspects.

Forgot to post this when the MP games' addition date was announced but I theorize that Goldeneye is coming to NSO in December based on the doubling up of the last announced N64 games for the year.
The Game Awards is in December, I imagine more details will be announced there, maybe even a live shadowdrop.

I got my PS3 way back when from Dell; they sometimes have oddly good discounts/deals on video game consoles.

Some corporations of employee discounts with Dell, as well, which may apply.  Worth checking out.
