What is this 80's Combiner Robot?

I've been cleaning up and found this packed away with the original Voltron.I don't know who this guy is.

Anybody know? I tried googling lists of Japanese combiners but didn't see this one.

Voltron!!!!! This was the vehicle force in the U.S.

To add on just in case, for Vehicle Force Voltron's source material, it's Armored Fleet Dairugger XV.
