Seems like a good value for a lot of people, though I have bought a lot of games already, so there is some risk (I own pistol whip and walkabout, so half of the titles from the first 2 months). I'm planning to get a 3 when it releases and my wife will inherit the 2 (read: she will probably use the 3 if we are playing together and I will use the 2, but I'll get to use the 3 when she isn't using it). I may create an account for her and get the subscription in her name, but that would mean forgoing headset referral bonus (if that is still a thing) for creating her account on the new headset. Decisions to make.

I picked up the Tick, tick, boom bundle from the Hits from the Vault sale (ends July 2 @ 11:59 PT). It included Please, Don't Touch Anything, Zombieland: Headshot Fever, and Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes for $5.99 (may be higher as it said I got a discount since I already owned Zombieland).
I'm really thinking about the Create your realm bundle (Township Tale, Kingspray Graffiti, and Puzzling Places $9.99). I'm not really interested in Kingspray, but feel that $10 for the other two is a good deal. I have almost grabbed Puzzling Places a couple of times.
There are two other bundles Friend or foe (Spacefolk City, ForeVR Bowl, and Acorn: Attack of the Squirrels! $10.99), and Grab bag bundle (Elven Assassin, OrbusVR: Reborn, Painting VR, and Stride $14.99).
These are some of the best sale prices I've seen since I got my headset in 2021.
