Walmart: Guardians of the Galaxy $49.94, Anyone find the steelbook case in store?

Just fyi, today they finally stocked the new Guardians game in store. Both PS4 and PS5 version is $49.94 (Can post my receipt if anyone needs)

However.. In store. They did not seem to get the steelcase edition at all.

Can see on their website it talks about that edition still and even mentions for in store pickup. So was wondering, Did anyone find the steelbook edition in store? Would be crazy to pay 60$ online vs 50$ in store.

Tbh think its too late for BF sale, least Physical. Walmart already listing their BF staggered weekends.

As for the game, Least oddly its a happy surprise that can be almost compared to FF7R =)

Tho sucks cant get the steelcase in store.

I wish that companies cared more about this. BB is notorious for throwing these in a mailer and saying "screw it" to save a few pennies.

 
I ordered the steelbook online and it came without steelbook, got a replacement even though rep swore up and down he left a note about it and still no steelbook. I checked both local walmarts the day they were put out and they had no idea what I was talking about with the steelbooks. Consider yourself super lucky if you managed to get one.

i don't think the steelbooks were available in store so i doubt anyone will see them in store

This was the first time Walmart did a preorder bonus Steelbook and I didn't want to chance finding it in stores, so I made sure to preorder it. The Battlefield one will probably be the same, so make sure to preorder it if you want it.

 
Ordered PS5 deluxe. Steelbook arrived crushed.

Ordered PS4 regular (to try luck with second Steelbook). That one also arrived crushed.

At this point, I may just return both games and Steelbooks and wait for a discount. Hate that stores continue to use bubble mailers to ship this stuff.

I preordered the PS4 version with the steelbook and despite FedEx marking my shipment as delivered last Thursday, it never arrived. So at least you got something.
