What is the best VPN in your opinion? I know a lot of people have mentioned NordVPN and ExpressVPN, how do those measure up to cheaper options like SurfShark or PurevPN?

What do you think is the best VPN for torrenting, streaming, and gaming, respectiviely?

Also, have you found any good free virtual private networks for torrenting? If anyone can give me their review of any of the typical top VPNs i'd really appreciate it:) Trying to choose one right now

Never, ever use a free VPN. They will do nothing but siphon your data, they're garbage.

That said, I've used both Private Internet Access and NordVPN in the past. PIA randomly disconnects where Nord doesn't do that at all (in my personal experience). The only drawback to NordVPN is if you decide to cancel the subscription, they use fear-mongering tactics to try and get you to stay. It may seem like nothing, but they can get pretty frustrating when you try to cancel.

If you can deal with that last part, Nord is probably more expensive but definitely worth it if you need a VPN. I don't use it anymore, but I do like their password manager for Desktop.

Sometimes I use NordVPN. Really comfortable enough to use and there are many countries to connect. Although sometimes the Internet on the computer is disconnected because of this vpn.  The main thing is to have a connection when I make a forecast at https://oddsdigger.com/ca/greyhounds

That could be because you're using wifi and ethernet (It's just a guess though) after I removed my wifi chip I didn't have that problem anymore myself. I do remember reading that if you have a setup where you can connect more than one way to the internet on one device that it may not function properly. I forget which site I read that though, but to me it makes sense.

Also Kill-Switches can really mess up a computer, so I'd advise against enabling them. Had it destroy the wifi part of my laptop years ago while using PIA. Then I had to switch to ethernet on it to get online at all.
