Playing American PS4 games on UK console?

Question for anyone who is familiar with regional differences wrt PS4 games. Am dealing with an unexpected life change right now, basically I will be spending quite a lot of time in the UK to help take care of my parents who live there. Was wondering if I could take some of my US PS4 game discs over there, and maybe play them on a cheap used PS4 purchased locally. I know that DVDs and some Blu-rays had region locks or whatever which meant you couldn’t use them in another country (I wonder if the PAL/NTSC difference might cause problems, too). Just wondering if I would be able to put a US disc in a UK system and play it without any issues, or if I would have to shell out on a whole new library of games plus a UK system over there. Thanks for any input.

PS4 games are not region locked and if you use the ps4 hdmi cable connected to a modern TV or PC monitor there should be no PAL/NTSC issues either... good luck!

As far as I know, all PS4 games are region-free.
