You're banned. They will not tell you why, and they will not be able to help you. The customer service reps will tell you everything looks fine. Search here for my last few posts. If you REALLY still want to give them money, PM me, and I can give you tips, but its pretty much a huge pain in the ass and not really worth your time unless you've got something really good going.

How would i check my credit? Ive never owned any credit cards before and im not even sure what my credit score is, never checked. I tried to call them but cant talk to anyone with the outage.
As the other guy said, annualcreditreport.com (google it, or make absolutely sure you spell it right so you don't end up on a scam site). BUt also, sign up on Credit Karma. It's free and they will send you notifications if anyone ever tries to open an account with your info.

Try using a different web browser or a private/incognito window...I literally have to try 3 or 4 times before I can place an order on this shit site.

Yeah, they started doing that several months ago. I guess its the minimal effort that they can put in to stop our double dipping. Its probably too late now, but you should screenshot the coupon before you use it every month. People have said that you have to use it right away after the first use, but I usually wait until the last minute for something I might want and it has worked fine.

So on GS website it says get up to $250 for your xbox one but when I click the highest value is $132 for the GOW4 Xbox One X...am I missing something to trigger a promotion or what because I do not see anything at $250 LOL

Mercari $250 but you’ll have fees, FB marketplace around $200 for a V2.I guess GameStop TIV for the Switch is going to stay pretty low. Anyone know a reasonable price to expect for a V2 with box and everything? I guess I’ll list it on FB or Mercari.

I went to GameStop to preorder Callisto Protocol and they had the CE preorder up for $249.99 with a minimum of $15 down. I didn't see it listed on their site yet, so if you're looking forward to this one, may want to hit up your local store in the next couple days or keep an eye on the website. You can always pay towards your CE and downgrade once the game comes out if you change your mind. Happy hunting.

My Pro expired today. I meant to use my $5 coupon in store yesterday or today but forgot. Can I still use it or do I need to be Pro to redeem in store? I will probably renew anyway. I also have a bit over 5000 points will the do some of auto issue for a $5 coupon or something? I totally forget what happens when you let it expire.

In my previous experience if you are no longer pro the coupon will not work, unless things have changed.
