Skywalker is tempting, but I kind of want to get the deluxe edition due to the DLC. I expect deluxe edition to be cheaper than base plus DLC separately.

Thanks. I almost never find three games worth getting in these deals but between those two and Dying Light 2 I went for it. Of course with Elden Ring coming soon I won't be playing any of them.

Yeah they just slapped a label on it and ran my card, Was like $35 vs the $37 from my original order - because the games I got on the first order were $60-$50-$40. 

 

So hey, got the version I wanted and saved 2$ lol. No biggie on my end to return my ps4 copy to a store. The irony is my winter vehicle is a F150 with a v8 so i'm sure I'm spending 5$ in gas to get there lmao.

Honestly the first I've heard of this. For people who buy board games, Buy 3 Cancel 2 is a valid thing and was OKed by Target in an email.

Return bans aren't unheard of but it's typically for people who abuse returns which won't apply to most people. I haven't  seen anyone actually say target cancelled their account though for canceling items from their order.

For what it's worth, I've been using this cancel method multiple times per sale for several years now with no negative consequences.

Yeah, Target would be pretty stupid to start banning people who cancel orders pre-shipping. Now If you end up returning a ton of stuff that might flag your account, but I would imagine they have fairly sophisticated internal systems that monitor your overall spending and purchase history before they just drop a ban or cancel a credit card.

Have no idea what the threshold is but there are members on the bluray.com boards that have had return bans/online accts. frozen for (allegedly) not too many orders.

My guess is that it does happen. Was just giving a heads up that Target does appear to monitor this practice.

Telling you right now, if I haven’t gotten banned for target returns, I cannot imagine what it would take. 
 

Having said that we do most of our grocery shopping there and get all the other things. Target bill is usually $800-$1000 a month. Maybe more.  Maybe the return policy is proportionate to how much you spend? Because we return A LOT.

Just a did quick for the Nintendo games featured in today's direct but theyre not on Target's system yet. Last time there was a direct during a b2g1 sale, some games like Metroid Dread, Advance Wars, and Warioware were eligible for b2g1. Probably worth keeping an eye out for the new games to appear.

The new games are up now on Target but sadly not b2g1 (except for Two Point Campus).

I just noticed Nier Replicant price dropped to $40. Would definitely buy it in the b2g1 sale but it’s sadly not eligible for shipping and I can’t do store pick up at the one store that has it.

Their stock often gets mixed in with other sellers stock that are prime shipping eligible. This is also why people have gotten fake SD cards buying directly from Amazon

Got lucky yesterday!  Price matched with Amazon Donkey Kong Country $40 (2 copies) and Hyrule Warriors ($40).  Not bad for $82 plus taxes.

My copy of Arceus, which was shipping from another city in the same state, was never picked up by FedEx (at least according to tracking). Target is marking it as lost and sending a replacement.

 

Only other game I'm considering is Dying Light 2. For anyone who got it, is it worth picking up for $40?

 

-Edit- Ordered Dying Light 2. Official reviews haven't been great and definitely bugs to work out, but still looks fun.
