Any deals on Fatal Frame II: Crimson Butterfly (Xbox)?

I have been wanting the game for a long time, but the price just doesn't go down for it. Anyone know where I can get this game for a good price? Thanks.

None of the Fatal Frame games (1 or 2 for XBox or PS 2) have gone GH/PH, they just don't sell that many copies. If you're lucky, you might get one at TRU during the Green Tag sale. I think it's still $50 there though, so it would still be cheaper from EB Games, even after 30% off.
