So when am I getting that refund? I sent PSN Jun 15th, you told me on Jun 19th that you were having issues and I said I'd wait 1 more day. It's now the 23rd, you've been on multiple times and continue to not reply (despite reading my messages again today) or give me a refund. I dont even want the credit anymore, just my $35 back and my PayPal email is in our messages

Threatening to keep my $35 until I remove the negative feedback isn't going to make me change/delete it. When I get my refund I'll remove it. It's been 2 weeks, 1 of which you completely went silent and after the fact that you redeemed the PSN codes. That's not being impatient on my end, that's you being a dick on yours, busy or not.
