I had to remove any reference to custom firmware so as not to get them delisted, and I threw in some sealed 3DS games with each 2DS XL (including Pokemon Ultra Moon).
They're still modded and have 48 games pre-installed, but if a non-CAG wins them, I'll just take the CFW off and call it good, The list of pre-installed games is at the bottom of this post.
