Could Cheapy be mailing it in any harder? I think the show’s days are numbered…
Hate to agree, but even without watching the video cast, just listening, it was abundantly clear Cheapy would have preferred to be doing absolutely anything else than recording this latest show. When he is uninterested, it completely kills the show, and this may have been the biggest example of Cheapy becoming increasingly bored with the podcast. The guys are getting older, their lives are much more involved with other things, I definitely know how that feels, and unfortunately we may not get to 1000 episodes if the hosts interest slip further.
Personally, hobbies, specifically gaming, are something I don’t necessarily have less interest in, but other things keep me from playing and devoting the time to it like I did, and would like to. It happens, especially when you have kids. All three hosts have kids of an age that just require more time commitments to their childrens interest. I somewhat think too, they guys are much more careful to not say anything offensive or provocative nowadays, which is a large part of Cheapys charm, his “idgaf” attitude has been subdued the last year or two. Maybe it’s just becoming older and more mature, maybe it’s a fear of being ‘cancelled’, or they just don’t care as much.
Regardless, I’ll listen until there isn’t anything to listen to. I still appreciate the work you three do for the show and site every week.

I wish you could have seen the way my co-workers looked at me while I was listening to the end of the last podcast.
I actually pulled one my earbuds out to try and find the source of that loud bass that was drowning out the conversation.
Then I realized, it was only Batman's billowing "Here I am, silently staring at things" theme song.
I had TEARS in my eyes because I was laughing so hard!
