With a catalog as big as Sony's why do they continue to put the same handful of games on sale everytime instead of branching out?  I would like to see (can't think of the term) number of games sold compared to number of consoles

kind of like of 1 out of 8 Xbox owners have Halo 2 or 1 out of 12 people have last of us 2

Eventually you would think that a game is going to plateua and people that haven't bought it aren't going to be like "Oh yeah, I'll get it for $10"  (personally, thats me for last of us)

Curious how Predator made the list…
Probably they are sitting on mountain of unsold copies, anyway the selection of titles and prices is weird and nothing to write home about. Most of these titles are on sale constantly at the same price over and over. Spiderman and Days gone refuse to drop below $20, Ghost of Tsushima refuses to drop below $40 for vanilla copy despite turning 2 years.

Jeebus cripes, they're still selling Dualshocks for full price.
Legitimate Dualshock controllers are pretty popular especially since PS4s still are more prevalent than PS5s. I still use my DS4 to play PS4 games on PS5 to preserve the dualsense (I have a launch model dualsense and have had to replace my R2 trigger spring already from playing FIFA) and because the smaller DS4 feels lighter to hold.

I've been keeping my eye on Miles PS4, and I'm very upset that it still hasn't gone below 30. It's insane.
Not sure why people keep saying this. Sony has all but said their goal is to value their first party releases like Nintendo does. That means rare small percentage discounts many months after release.

Not saying it’s right or that it will work. But that is definitely the goal.

Probably because this is the first I've heard of that. I don't pay too much attention to Sony exclusives - but I'm also fairly sure that the PS5 version of the game has been cheaper than that before, which makes it all the more annoying.

Yes it has as I got the PS5 version on a Buy 3 get 2 free deal on $20 and under at GameStop.

Miles Morales will be available on the PS Plus service when it launch on June 13th. Good chance it will below $30 later if you want a new physical copy.
