Milestone? Milestone. My longest played game, ever.

This is all solid game time. I've owned the game since late 2014, feelsgoodman. And the achievements are not accurate either, I've used SAM in the past and regretted that decision. Anyways I attached an image of it if you want to see.

Here's to another 1000 hours in, I don't know, another 8 years? Sure, why not.

I have owned Civ 5 for several years, and have never really sat down and played it. I read and hear several people raving about it though. One day I'll load it up and see if I like it....one day....

congrats on this though, for sure got your moneys worth out of it. 

My brother-in-law is the same way. I think I gifted him a copy of it and we played multiplayer for an hour or two, then he dropped it since then. He usually plays non-strategy games though, so I don't really see him investing time to learn them when he's always working and has little time off.

And thanks! I did certainly get my moneys worth out of it. Even got some very basic knowledge about how modding games work with XML.
