I had a bunch of games on my list at gamefly and none of them changed price.  Only game I saw change price since last week was Vampire: Masquerade. Their email on Friday said the sale would go live the 22nd as well.  I don't normally ask this, but we sure this is the actual Black Friday sale?

Soul Hackers 2 (PS5) was actually cheaper on Amazon today than used on GameFly but if it wasn't for this list I wouldn't have found that out ^_^. Thanks!

 
Yeah, looks like those of us who were questioning if this was the sale were half right.  Some of the prices are higher or same as they've been for months but they did add a 10% off coupon today. 

Only game I'm interested in doesn't have free shipping and with shipping makes it more expensive than buying new, so still nothing for me.

Yeah, a little annoying. I had a 5% off code in the OP so only a 5% loss if you were able to use that. The only game I grabbed yesterday was Mario strikers which is now sold out so glad I grabbed it yesterday even without the code.

Be careful with that. I thought I was going to get 10% CB on a prior shopping trip and even bought stuff I wouldn’t have normally, justifying the purchases with CB as “lowering the price”. Never got anything from MS. Contacted MS support and they told me it’s up to the retailer to give the CB and there was absolutely nothing the could/would do
 
Anyone ever receive a GameFly order with just the game case and no game inside? I ordered a single game during last week’s BF sale and it came today. Got just the game case for Mario Strikers on Nintendo Switch and no game cartridge was inside. Reported the issue via email already and waiting to hear back. Just wondering if anyone went through a similar situation and was the process favorable? Looks like all the used copies are sold out so at a minimum I should expect a refund back?

Never had an issue like that before but I assume they are just swamped and screwed up since they keep the cases separately anyways.

That’s what I was thinking too. I only purchase used games from them over the years and never had to deal with their customer service. Guess I’ll find out how good it is when they respond.
 
My Gamefly BF order came in. Three games in one bubble envelope. 

All games are there, two are in perfect condition, and one has a 1 inch hole on the cover. Looks like it cracked during shipment since the envelope had two punctures. 

Contacted their support and they sent a reply within an hour, they'll send a new case if there's any left.

 
My last of us part 1 copy showed up and it’s in great condition as always. Only complaint is I got one of those cases that looks like it’s about to pop lol idk how that happens to some copies
 
My Mario strikers came today and the gold coins were not redeemed which makes me feel like it was never even rented. Hard to believe no one would have redeemed them.

Ive had literally hundreds of switch games, maybe over a thousand between gamestop and other places, maybe 5 total have ever had the gold coins redeemed.

Damn that's crazy. Must be different in my area. I've gotten "new" switch games from gamestop before with the coins redeemed, but that's likely from an employee.
