Metal Solid 3 $14.99 NEW at ebgames.com

If I had known Subsistance was coming out, I'd have put off buying a copy at $40. But at $15, this would be hard to pass up.

I never tried this, but I bet if you printed out the page on the website that says $14.99 and show it to the manager at EB, I would think there would be a pretty good chance that they'd give you the game at that price.

I tried it a few times (with $2.99 Rygar and some other game)but never had any luck.
 
Awesome game, but it's hard to recommend with Subsistence coming out... Hell, Subsistence fixes the only problem that this game had which would be the camera and adds in a bunch of new stuff -- if that's not worth waiting for, I dunno what is.

They tell you that the store and the website are two completely different things, and they won't PM the website, or any store for that matter.

I've only gotten lucky and done it once out of many times.
 
Correct, you're better off trying to PM at CC. But by then, it will likely be OOS on EBgames' website, so you're best bet is to buy it now.

What is up with these deals today???!!!!
 
Consider that MGS2 now sells for $5 used at most stores. MGS3 will likely be quite cheap in the coming years as well, so if you've waited this long already, what's another couple of months more?

True but if you want to play it now, this is the best deal around so it's worth jumping on.
 
With Substance coming I guess I will wait for this to go to $9.99. Why get the version with less?
 
well, I'm not that worried about subsistence....been wanting to get this for less than $20, and after dave mirra 1 and a ps1 third party controller my total was $17 shipped AC

meh I'll probibly wind up gettin subsistence...but MGA for my psp has me wantin to play mgs3 heh

at $15 it's a great deal for the game
