Yeah, my $95 Sony one from Amazon came a week or so ago. I haven't even used it yet and hope I didn't lose it already. CAG HQ is a freakin' disaster area. :(

Good to hear that you finally picked one up, since it seemed like every time you'd order one, there'd be one problem or another.

The title says PS2 where it should say PSP.

Would the PSP be able to access data on this card any faster than a typical Sandisk or is it limited by the hardware?

The Ultra II line of cards from Sandisk are faster than their "normal" line of cards, in SD & CF flavors as well.

Will you see a difference with it? I'm not sure, since it depends if the PSP can push out 10MB/sec through the MSD Pro slot.

I'm half tempted to cancel my Amazon order for the Sony 1GB which still hasn't shipped. It is my understanding, though, that the PSP can't take advantage of the higher speed transfer.

Does anyone know if using one of these(or any pro duo really) between my psp and sony digital camera would be a problem? could have camera folders and psp folders in unison? Pretty good deal, wish I wasn't broke :\

I do use a 512mb duo pro card in both my PSP and my sony digital camera. There are no issues as to having files from eash on at the same time, and it is nice to view the pictures on the large PSP screeen.

As far as taking advantage of the duo pro speed. I do notice a large difference with save speeds compared to the standard card that came with the PSP. So while it may not take full advantage of the speed, it is noticeably faster.

is the ultra II a lot faster than the normal one? if it is i might as well go for the ultra II for just 5 dollars more

I've had it for a month now, it takes ~90 seconds to transfer 800 MB of a movie
file from the PSP. How long would it take from a regular Pro Duo?

Mine takes about 4min. I don't see what the big deal is personally. I pop it in, take a leak, grab a beer, and it's done. The day I need that extra 2 1/2 minutes to transfer a movie onto my PSP is the day I don't have time to watch the freaking thing anyways.
