The location near me hasn't pulled their copies of GTA:SA from their shelves as yet (I picked up my PS2 copy during lunch today; still had 6 copies left). I didn't check the PC section, but I know there were Xbox copies also available.
 
It appears that San Andreas for PS2 and XBox are both removed from the site. With no way to track your order online (you have to call them), it seems like there is no way to know if they will ship or not without calling and possibly alerting them to what was ordered (if they aren't supposed to ship them now because they were supposed to be pulled).
