Now look for this HD on sale some where else, at a lower regular price, have CC price match, you get teh lower price and the rebates!
 
I doubt CC will accept a competitors price, after all thier rebate will be the lower price.

Seen people shot down on this kind of stuff before.

Must have just changed it. Check your local stores. Mine had 39.99 as the final price. For some reason, the site had taken down the $50 rebate.
