[PSP] Space Invaders $19.90 at play-asia

Just a note that there is a new version coming out for the PSP, Space Invaders: Galaxy Beat will be released in Japan on Sept. 22. Probably why Play-Asia is clearing out Space Invaders Pocket. You can read more about the new one here http://www.the-magicbox.com/0508/game050808c.shtml.

With all that said I have played a friends copy of the Pocket import, and it was cool. I would say if your a fan of the game the $19.90 price isn't bad.

I think this forces a firmware update. Don't know to what version.

Space Invaders Pocket does indeed require a firmware update but it's just v1.50. Which if you have a US model it already has that or later (if you updated).

Space Invaders DS is $19.90 as well.
