How reliable is overstock.com?

I've ordered from them 5 times in the last few months and have had no problems. They are very fast and all products were great.
 
when i ordered from them, i ordered smallville season 1 and xfiles season 3 & 4....all 3 of the dvd sets had scuff marks on them...that was the only time i ordered from them....it seemed like the reason that they could sell me these box sets so cheap was because they were damaged

same goes with the only time i ordered from deepdiscountdvd.com....i ordered family guy season 2 and when i received it, one of the inside dvd case plastic coverings was ripped and snagged really bad....seems like thats the reason they sold that really cheap as well

maybe i just have bad luck...who knows?

I have done about 10 orders from deepdiscountdvd, and every time everything was in mint condition. I wouldnt doubt that about overstock though......
 
They are very reliable. I use their $1.40 shipping. My packages arrives in four to five days. The only thing they would not let me cancel my last order.
