Does ups or fed ex ship to canada from the US?

There can be issues with taxes and stuff. I left my laptop in my parents house in Vancouver, so rather than have it held at customs for who knows how long, I had my brother drive up from Seattle and get and drive back and ship it to me. I kind of owe him one now...
