OMG! That guy who had the Monopoly cut out on ebay....

Someone should make an Ebay auction about how he found out about the guy who had the Boardwalk cut-out through this website and post pictures of this topic as the item description.

How retarded. If I see him, he will be able to tell the story of how some random jackass broke his nose for being a goddamn douche.

And to Jay Leno, I love your show!!!

 OMG I'm teh famous for ripping people off!!11 Im gunna be on Jay Leno!! YAY!!!111

What a fruitcake....yeah, publicize that face buddy, so everyone will know whose ass to kick.

People that go to his college will most likely jump him, and beat the shit out of him just for the hell of it.
There's only 1 boardwalk piece.....right? simply amazing.
if you check the item description, it says "piece is from gameboard" so no doubt its actually just a cutout of the game board you get at mcdonalds and not the actual "sticker" and people are to stupid to realize...since there are actually some bets on some of em (unless its just friends messing around) and since its in teh item description, they cant get their money back when they find out its not real..
Wait, so what was the deal in the original auction? He printed out a Boardwalk piece and tried to sell it?
No, he simply cut out the boardwalk space from the McDonalds gameboard and put it up for sale on eBay. No tricks or anything. He answered every question and anyone with a 1st grade education could clearly understand what was for sale. Dumbasses all over the world started bidding on it. I hope he got paid at least something for it.
That parody is stupid. I think I hate him more than the original one.
yeah, what a wasted opportunity. original description + "ghey" does not equal funny.

LOL now this guy is selling
"Mcdonald's 2005 Monopoly 3.0 Mediterranean Avenue From Gameboard

No Camera=No Pictures"

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=7188237967&ssPageName=ADME:B:SS:US:1

this would win an Ipod pack if you have Baltic or $1 to spend on Ebay.

I have my alerts set up to email me when someone posts any of the rare pieces. Hoping for someone to not realize it's rare and put it up for sale...... Looks like they only send you alerts once a day though.
The really sad thing is that there is a finished auction for boardwalk, over $300, and they did the same stuff that the other guy did.

Here
I bet that guy called all his friends, danced in his room, and is euphoric at the moment.

hehehe With all the easy money being made selling fake Boardwalks on Ebay I decided to throw my hat into the ring....

The last guy got $300 i'm hoping for at least half, alot of these are showing up now. Oh well worst case scenario is i'm out 25 cents.....

As to how the idiots that are bidding on these actions even figuired how to sign up for something as complicated as Ebay boggles the mind.

Can someone actually explain why the star of "I'm a douchebag on eBay" claims he actually made $26,000? If the auction ended early his options were:

1. Retract ALL bids, pay only listing fees.
2. Keep the final bid that was going at the time he closed it (and try to get paid).
3. Deny it was a scam, take a negative hit, and have a contract out on him.
4. After the auction, mutually decide with the buyer to not go through with the sale.

Either way, I don't see why he says he actually made the $26K, because the sale won't ever go through fully...so what's the deal?

Oh, and I wonder why he only has 1 copy of his ghey story up for bid. I would think if he wanted to cash in on his suckcess, then he should make the "story auction" at a quantity of at least 100, and then he can $1 ante profit, like all the other weasels who sell info and E-books on eBay.
And no it didn't sell, it was cancelled about 1.5-2 hours before it closed he didn't sell shit, he lost money on his listing fees.
Actually when eBay pulls a listing they refund all listing and upgrade fees associated with it.

When eBay ends a listing they post a message on the old item page of "If the item was removed by eBay, please consider this transaction canceled. If anybody contacts you to complete the sale, please ignore the request. Completing the sale outside of eBay may be unsafe and will not be covered by eBay purchase protection programs." It's immediate, there is no cancelling of bids or option to keep the final bid.

So he has no way to force any buyer to pay. Not to mention that even when an auction runs its full course you have no way to force a buyer to pay. All you can do is file a NPB strike and give them - FB.

He's probably lying about the $26K, but it's possible a buyer agreed to pay him for the fake piece outside of eBay. Casinos sometimes pay big bucks for gimmicky auction items to display.

No, when you're reported on eBay and they end your listing, they reimburse you and cancel everything. The buyers can't pay you, no feedback can be left, nothing. It's as though the listing never happened and eBay doesn't even scold you.
Where's the auction for the story of the idiot who bid $300,000?
image capped b4 bidding went nuts. It didn't sell and he didn't make a dime.

I sent you a question, I'd like the scissors w/ that!
I sent you a question, I'd like the scissors w/ that!
LOL I'd just logged in and answered some questions. :)

Q:Are the scissors included if I win? What about the table?
A:I'm sorry but the scissors are NOT included in this auction. Scissors are the key to my success as a profitable Ebay seller.

I forgot to mention that that counter top is also not included that's where I cut my stuff up to sell on Ebay.

I really don't see what the fuss is about unless:

1. You are pissed that you did not think of it first.

2. You are pissed at the fact that there are retarded people out there willing to be fooled like this.

A fool and his money are soon to part- period. Just think of it as a learning experience for the dumbass- nothing in life is really free.

I'll sit back and enjoy all the flames... make them good- it makes for great reading.
Wait, what exactly happened? I didn't hear about this at all....
Okay....

There is the Monopoly game at McDonalds, where if you get Park Place and Boardwalk game pieces, you win a million bucks. There is only ONE Boardwalk piece out there. There is also a game board, similar to the one to play Monopoly, that you get free at McDonalds, on which you stick your game pieces.

So, some guy (the guy who is being mocked in that ad), cut out the Boardwalk spot on the game board. At the same time, he took a McDonalds Best Buy dollar piece, and covered most of the Boardwalk cut out. If you did know what you were looking at, it would seem like it was an actual winning game piece.

He had people bid over $20k on it, and it almost finished at $3k (some people realized the scam), when ebay pulled the auction about an hour before it was over.

Since then, there has been many people trying to cash in on the same idea.

Just do an ebay search for "McDonalds Boardwalk"

LOL about 4 different sellers have stolen my scissors picture and have it on there auction. :bomb::roll:

The "26K" Clown has a new trick up his sleeve:

$9.95 buy it now boardwalk cut outs HE'S SOLD 20 SO FAR! LOL even some to people with high feedback who should know better! He has Short Line and Kentucky ave for sale to the same $9.95 buy it now and has sold 4 of them. LOL his feedback is going to go from 42 to -40 in about a month.
I notice he doesn't take paypal, which has a very good buyer protection program. If you are unhappy with the item (even if it fits the description), you can get your money back through them.
Yes, I noticed that as well.
There's a power seller getting in on this with a BIN of 100k

Just amazing.
HAHA He's pimping his trusted power seller status!

I emailed and asked him how much his Power Seller status and his reputation was worth to him, then said OH NEVERMIND I saw your BIN price...

The sad part is he will scam someone and then his feedback will quickly cover itself up because he sells 200+ items a month. :bomb::roll:
