I'd respond with some nasty comments to that, but I'm in a good mood.
When I had Ninja Gaiden, I finished the game on normal (about a week and a half) and played it again on Hard and to get the 3 original Ninja Gaiden games. For some reason, the game simply would not load Chapter 11 while playing on hard. At all.
I borrowed a friend's copy and it worked so I know it's not just my XBOX. After I went through all that I tried to get another copy of the game, but an exchange/return was no longer valid.
