They remind me of buy rite games. I ordered Castlevania Harmony of Dissonance from them 4 days ago and they said it would ship by the 23rd. It still has not shipped today and my order just says processing. I e-mail them to cancel my order and still have not receive anything back from them. It also took 2 hours to get a confirmation e-mail that I had ordered anything from them. Customer Service sucks and not to mention the reason why I cancelled the order was due to the fact that the Item that I was trying to buy is no longer even on their site to view. Just a heads up.
 
Sounds like you have hardly given this issue any time to be fixed. Just give it a few more days and see if your order gets filled before giving up hope.
 
I agree.. having to wait 4 days for your game to ship does not another buyrite make. Contact their customer service by telephone and see what they say.
 
Yeah I normally dont buy from a site unless its reputable but that sucks man, best bet report them to the Better Business Burearu and they should take care of it.
 
I have used them many times, and never had a problem. They aren't the speediest site in the world, but they are reliable.
 
I've sold books and bought book from them. Sometimes they are slow to send but they will send your stuff out. Call them on the phone if you have a problem, they actually have reps here in america. I talked to one and it was no problem sorting out the problem I had.
 
Right after I e-mailed them to cancel my order, like 2-3 minutes later, I get a confirmation e-mail stating that my item has shipped. I check my tracking # - no product with such a #, check this morning - SAME THING. Check my account last night, still said processing though the e-mail said shipped. Account now says Complete but still no tracking # showing anything has been accounted for. Maybe I am going to get my game but I just hate this type of business practice, they need to figure out a better way for customer service.

yup, 4 days?? thats all you waited? puh-leaze... you didnt give them time for anything! you think their business revolves around your 1 measly order? kids have no patiances these days. if u waited 4 weeks, then thats a different story.

hope you know the tracking number sometimes take longer than 1(one) day, it starts tracking the moment it gets scanned. and its YMMV also.


edit: i have seen their ads all over campus since at least 2 years ago, so i presume that they have been in business for a while. never ordered from them but heres a great deal from them - http://www.ecampus.com/games_detail.asp?item=31424047 :shock:
 
The title of this thread needs changed to Gamer's Alert - ECampus.com is kind of slow, but not very. Why are we dragging a good online retailer's name through the mud?.. because they took 4 days to ship? that's pathetic.
