The Xerox 5010 Sweepstakes (the "Promotion") begins at 3:00:00 AM Pacific Time ("PT") on Monday, January 16, 2006 and ends at 11:59:59 PM PT on Friday, June 30, 2006*. - HOW TO ENTER: Limit one entry per person. All subsequent entries from the same person or e-mail address will be disqualified. Any attempt by a person to enter more than once with multiple e-mail accounts will result in disqualification. The Promotion is an electronic random drawing. To enter the Promotion you must provide/enter your true and correct first name, last name, company name, street address, city, state/province, zip code/postal code, country, email address, telephone number and answer a few office printer/printing questions. Electronic entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. The authorized account holder is deemed as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. All entries become the property of Xerox.

ONE GRAND PRIZE: Panasonic 50" diagonal ONYX XVS Series Plasma HDTV with ATSC/QAM/NTSC Tuners and included Digital Media Receiver, model # TH-50XVS30. For a full description of the Grand Prize, visit the URL of manufacturer's website at www.panasonic.com and submit a search on the model number (TH-50XVS30). The grand prize includes insured shipping within the 50 United States, The District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico and all other territories) and Canada, which will be paid for by Xerox. The Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for all applicable taxes. Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) is $7,999.95 (USD). Value does not include shipping. - SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION OF PRIZE WINNERS: Only one prize permitted per person. Grand Prize winner will be drawn first. Xerox will award prizes only upon winner verification and final approval. The random drawings will be held on or before July 31, 2006. Decisions by Xerox of winner eligibility, notification, and acceptance or disqualification will be final and binding. Prize winner will receive prize notification by one of the following methods: telephone, email or certified mail.
The Grand Prize winner will have three (3) days after notification to accept the prize or will be disqualified and an alternate winner selected. US prize winners will be required to execute and return to Xerox a W9 tax form within ten (10) days following attempted notification. Canadian prize winners will be required to execute and return to Xerox an Affidavit of Eligibility within ten (10) days following attempted notification.
If the selected winner has not complied with the Official Rules, cannot be contacted, is ineligible, the Prize Notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, or does not return the executed Affidavit of Eligibility within the specified time period, an alternate winner will be selected. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Xerox to use winner's name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation, unless otherwise prohibited by law. All information collected will be treated in a manner consistent with Xerox's privacy policy. All decisions of Xerox shall be binding and final.
