Saw a yellow sale tag on the PS2 shelf - Ultimate Spiderman $19.99. I'm not sure if the limited edition goes the same price though.

If this game is anything like Spider-Man 2, then its probably horrible.

Actually I thought the game was pretty good, short, but enjoyable.

I agree, I enjoyed this version as well. I liked the way they tweaked the swinging to be more intuitive and streamlined. It makes for faster gameplay.
