Need Web Stats

Does anyone know of a good free web stats service? I would prefer it not to have a counter or ad on it. Also is there one that does it without installing code on my website? I tried to google it but way too many came up and I wanted to see what you use.

I use BBclone on my site, amongst other stat tracking services. BBClone is a great free stat tool if you can use PHP on your site, and if I remember correctly, there is no need to put any codes on the actual page (though I might be mistaken on that part).
