“State Farm® Countdown to Cars Giveaway”(“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on April 3, 2006 and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on June 19, 2006 (the “Sweepstakes Entry Period”). This Sweepstakes is sponsored by State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, One State Farm Plaza, Bloomington, IL 61710-0001 (“Sponsor”).
ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open to individuals age 18 and older on April 3, 2006 (provided that they are of the age of majority in their state, province or territory of residence) with a valid U.S. or Canadian driver’s license at the time of entry who are legal residents of the United States and District of Columbia (excluding Massachusetts, Rhode Island, U.S. territories and possessions and Puerto Rico) and legal residents of the Canadian provinces of Alberta, New Brunswick and Ontario.
PRIZES AND ODDS: There are twenty-five (25) Grand Prizes available to be won. Each prize consists of a 2007 Ford Mustang Coupe (“Car”) (color, trim level, options and equipment of the Car to be specified by Sponsor at its sole discretion and are subject to availability).
