It's the same as the US version, but you have to select the language on the first screen. you just tap the bottom option and then everything is in English! The US version just has the Japanese stuff removed.
 
Would it be possible to get a picture of The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past? That game and a custom DS cover for $12 might be too good of a deal for me to pass up. Thanks.
